We want you to love what you receive from Nutrispoon. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help—quickly and fairly.
Eligibility
You can request a return, exchange, or refund if your order:

Arrives damaged, broken, leaking, tampered with, or is the wrong item.

Has not been delivered within the expected timeline as promised by the shipping provider.
To validate your request, please share clear photos or videos of the issue.
Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. Orders once accepted at the time of delivery cannot be returned.
Cancellation & Return Window

Orders can be cancelled on the same day they are placed, before they are shipped.

Once tracking is generated, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to refuse the order at the time of delivery (due to damage), that is allowed.
Exchange Process

Exchanges are allowed for damaged or incorrect products.

You must raise the request on the day of delivery or within 1 business day.

Reach out via email or customer care. We'll arrange a pickup, where applicable.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed only for eligible returns or cancelled (pre-shipping) orders.

Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.
Processing time: 2–3 business days from approval.
