Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive from Nutrispoon. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help—quickly and fairly.

Eligibility

You can request a return, exchange, or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged, broken, leaking, tampered with, or is the wrong item.

  • Has not been delivered within the expected timeline as promised by the shipping provider.

To validate your request, please share clear photos or videos of the issue.

Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. Orders once accepted at the time of delivery cannot be returned.

Cancellation & Return Window

  • Orders can be cancelled on the same day they are placed, before they are shipped.

  • Once tracking is generated, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If you wish to refuse the order at the time of delivery (due to damage), that is allowed.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are allowed for damaged or incorrect products.

  • You must raise the request on the day of delivery or within 1 business day.

  • Reach out via email or customer care. We'll arrange a pickup, where applicable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible returns or cancelled (pre-shipping) orders.

  • Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.

Processing time: 2–3 business days from approval.
